Hi, I'm Champ, and the Central Coast is home.
I grew up here on the Central Coast, and I'm studying biomedical engineering at Cal Poly. Coastal Shine is locally owned and run by a young, hard-working crew of Cal Poly and local students who take pride in the neighborhoods we live in.

How much does it cost?
Every job gets a free, flat quote with no hourly surprises. Price depends on the number of windows or panels, the size of the property, and how much build-up there is. Tell me a bit about your place and I'll get you an exact number, usually within a business day.
Do you clean screens and sills too?
Yes. Screen and sill cleaning is included with every window wash at no extra charge. It's part of doing the job right, not an upsell.
What areas do you serve?
All of San Luis Obispo County: SLO, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Morro Bay, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Atascadero, Paso Robles, Los Osos, and the towns in between. If you're just outside that, reach out anyway; I can often make it work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Coastal Shine is fully licensed and insured in California, so you're covered and can book with confidence.
Do I need to be home for the appointment?
Not for the exterior. As long as I have access to the property and a water source, you don't have to be there. For interior windows we'll just coordinate a time that works for you.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
It depends on how exposed your home is to the elements. Somewhere between one and four times a year keeps most Central Coast homes looking their best, which is exactly why we offer the range of plans above. One-time cleanings are always welcome too.
